Discovery Phase
Before beginning a project, I always conduct a discovery phase. This allows me to learn more about the problem that I am trying to solve, and to define the scope of the project. By the end of the discovery phase, you should have a good understanding of the problem, and a plan for how to solve it.

Design Phase
The design phase of a web project is one of the most important aspects of the entire process. This is the time when the overall look and feel of the site is decided upon, and the structure of the pages is finalized. During this phase, it is also important to consider the target audience for the site, and to make sure that the design appeals to them. Once the design phase is complete, the actual coding of the site can begin.

Coding Phase
The coding phase of a web project can be the most challenging. This phase can be further divided into three sub-phases: code development, code testing and code deployment. Each sub-phase has its own challenges and can take up a significant amount of time.

Launch Phase
After I’ve completed the build and double checked everything, it’s time to launch the website. In this phase I will make sure that the code is following best practices and 100% SEO optimized.

SEO Phase
I will develop a tailored SEO strategy to bring traffic and visitors to the website after I have launched a website that is both highly performant and takes care of the user experience.

SEM Phase
I will create a personalized SEM strategy to bring traffic and visitors to the websites for people that want to see results quickly; this step usually goes hand in hand with SEO.
